From the very beginning, Enderman has been a part of the Minecraft world, but it has undergone a few adjustments. Its eye color was switched from green to purple, its hazy aura was transformed into portal particles, and its ability to pick up certain blocks was discontinued. While players may encounter the Minecraft Enderman teleporting around the Overworld or in vast cave networks, finding this mob is comparatively easier in The End and Warped Forests. Now, thanks to a Minecraft mod, Endermen can exhibit characteristics that reflect the diverse biomes within the game.

Reddit user Juuccaa recently shared a video showcasing a mod featuring biome-specific Endermen in Minecraft. The video starts off in the End dimension, where an Enderman opens its mouth to reveal its teeth. In a captivating twist, a much taller Enderman with an Axolotl-like face passes by. The video then transitions to the Minecraft Overworld, where Juuccaa presents an Enderman adorned with colorful coral, another resembling a mushroom, and one donning a tunic. The clip also highlights various types of armor that can be created using parts from these unique Endermen, offering new options for players. The video shows Minecraft Steve wearing three distinct sets of armor, presumably designed to correspond with each new Enderman variation.

Juuccaa's Minecraft clip reveals that the mod, known as Enderman Overhaul, introduces biome-specific Endermen for multiple environments such as the Ashen Inferno, Badlands, Crimson Forest, Desert, Forest, Ice Plains, Nether Wastes, Oak, Snowy Tundra, and Warped Forest. These variants boast distinct designs that prevent players from mistaking one for another. The mod also adds 8 different types of Enderpearls to align with the mob changes. Developed by a small team experienced in creating Minecraft mods such as Creatures and Beasts, Night Lights, and Lookin' Sharp, Enderman Overhaul breathes new life into the game's Endermen.

Due to the Minecraft Enderman's teleportation ability, it is capable of moving between biomes on the map. With the implementation of biome-specific Endermen in this mod, their movement may be restricted to the boundaries of each respective biome. This limitation could potentially make it easier to locate different biomes in the Overworld compared to the current methods used for standard Enderman. Although updates are regularly released for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, it remains uncertain whether the design of the Enderman will be altered in a future patch.
