Starbreeze Studios, the developer of the game, has now released the official PC hardware requirements. As the launch of this highly anticipated sequel approaches in late September, the developer is ensuring that everything runs smoothly, with system requirements being one of the final puzzle pieces before the release.

Payday 3 is expected to surpass Payday 2 in various ways and the adoption of a new, modern engine also means that higher hardware specifications are necessary. While Starbreeze's recommendations for hardware are not as demanding as some other contemporary PC games, there is still concern about how well the game will perform on launch day.
