Get mushrooms by going to the Glade of Trust. Find oregano in Plaza, and purchase tomatoes from Goofy's Stall at Dazzle Beach. Collect all the ingredients and bring them to a cooking station to add them to the cooking pot. As usual, players must also obtain a piece of coal to start cooking.

After the meal is prepared, deliver it to Nala. She will express gratitude and give players Nala's Waterfall as a reward, signifying the completion of the "Here and There and Back Again" quest.
