How to unlock Belle and Beast in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To invite Belle and Beast from the beloved classic Beauty and the Beast to your Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must complete a series of tasks. Begin by unlocking Belle, which requires you to go to the Dream Castle and use 12,500 Dreamlight to open the Beauty and the Beast Realm. This will trigger the "Into the West Wing!" quest, instructing you to explore the Realm. Once inside, make your way up the stairs and locate a glowing book. Follow the book's path through the castle hallways until you find Belle in the library.Belle will ask you to retrieve five illuminated books from the library. Explore the library to gather these books, then return to Belle. She will then request that you locate a hidden passage situated near the rolling ladder in the room's corner. However, before attempting this, you must first explore the library to find four ladder straps and two wheels, which are conveniently illuminated and can be found either on the ground or on tables. Proceed to the ladder and utilize these items to pry open the secret passage.
Speak to Belle once again and embark on a search for additional items. Inside the library, you will discover one Castle Candle and the Golden Curtain. Another Castle Candle can be found in the courtyard, next to the wall that has tools displayed. The Castle Candle Holder is positioned in a chair within a hallway near some lion statues. Lastly, locate the final two Castle Candles--one near the piano in the main lobby, and another placed on a barrel within the newly opened secret passage.
To obtain the Candlestick Disguise, hand over all of these items to Belle. Put on the hat and costume, and proceed through the concealed passage to have a conversation with Beast. After that, go back to Belle and proceed to meet Merlin. Your next task is to create the Enchanted Canvas. To accomplish this, acquire the following materials:

Dream Shard x4
White Daisy x3
Garnet x2
Return to Belle with the Enchanted Canvas in hand, then follow her into the room where you first met Beast. After some chatting, you'll be able to complete "Into the West Wing." Afterward, however, you'll need to speak to Beast to begin "A Prince in Disguise."
For the first key piece, head to the rose bushes in the courtyard and dig it up. Now, you'll have to locate two more key pieces. One of them can be obtained by mining one of the lion statues in the hallway, while the other can be found by using your watering can to extinguish the fire in the library fireplace.
Return to Beast, then open the chest nearby for the Enchanted Mirror. Speak to Beast once more, then set off to the valley to find the following items:

Once you have created Belle's Book Kit, return to Beast to continue the conversation. In order to assist him with his grooming, you must locate three additional items. The Princely Cologne can be found conveniently placed on the table next to him. Behind the privacy wall, you'll discover the Princely Shampoo on another table, adjacent to the bathtub. Lastly, the Brush is stored in a box near the doorway.
Return the items to Beast, then accompany him to the courtyard garden to hear his apology. Once all the running around is done, you can finally proceed to your valley and designate a location for Beast's Castle. Afterward, pay 20,000 gold to Scrooge McDuck for its construction. This action will then prompt Belle to join your valley. Belle will provide you with a note to deliver to Beast. Follow through with this task, and he will promptly join the valley as well!
