Among the many women seeking the attention of Cid Kagenou, there is one person he prioritizes above all else - his sister Claire. Since a young age, Cid has taken upon himself the responsibility of protecting Claire, secretly healing her symptoms of demon possession without her knowledge. In Claire's mind, Aurora appeared and explained the unique nature of her situation. Aurora clarified that vampires and demon-possessed individuals share a common ancestry, but vampire blood had evolved and diverged from the main lineage. Amidst the battle against the Blood Queen, Claire, Mary, Beta, and numbers 664, 665, and 666 were on the brink of death. In order to protect Claire, Aurora temporarily possessed her, buying time until Shadow arrived. Aurora proved to possess enough power to defeat Elizabeth; however, Claire's body was unable to withstand her true strength. After the confrontation, a mark manifested on Claire's hand, indicating that she now serves as the host for Aurora.
