The scenes depicting the ice planet were filmed in Iceland, a barren location featuring a vast lagoon composed of melting ice, stretching knee-deep in all directions. The elements in this environment were exceptionally harsh, primitive, and unadulterated. We took a spaceship to this unconventional shooting location, capturing its striking beauty.
