In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players can find multiple stables scattered across Hyrule, providing a safe haven for weary travelers and their horses. These stables also offer exciting side quests for players to embark on, one of which involves enhancing the interior decor of the Tabantha Stable with the help of Link's reliable Camera. These quests become accessible after Link successfully overcomes one of the four temples in Tears of the Kingdom.
One of these quests can be found at Tabantha Stable. The keeper of the stable requests Link to capture a specific landmark that he desires to decorate the walls of his stable. Link's objective is straightforward: visit the designated location, locate the desired object, and capture it with a photograph. Here is where players should head to initiate the quest "A Picture for Tabantha Stable" in Tears of the Kingdom.
A Picture for Tabantha Bridge Stable Walkthrough
This quest commences at the Tabantha Bridge Stable, situated at coordinates (-2916, 0545, 0169), on the eastern side of the Tabantha Great Bridge spanning the Tanagar Canyon. The closest point for fast travel is the Makurukis Shrine, positioned just north of the stable. If the player has yet to discover this location, they can either follow the road west through Hyrule Ridge or embark from the Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower, gliding southwest to reach the stable.
At the Tabantha Bridge Stable, Link should engage with the vacant frame positioned on the right wall of the stable. This action will grab the attention of Dabi, the keeper of the stable, who expresses his desire to showcase a captivating painting in the frame for all the stable's visitors to admire. Unfortunately, painting the desired picture has proven to be challenging for him, as he had a troubling encounter with a hostile monster.
The monster in question is a Flame Gleeok, which can easily be avoided. It can be found at coordinates (-3616, 0423, 0260), just beyond the larger lake on top of the mountain. Remember to save the game after capturing the photo, as a precautionary measure.
Dabi aspires to create a captivating painting of the magnificent "Ancient Columns welcoming the sunrise" that can be witnessed near his vicinity. Positioned on the other end of the canyon, these ruins stand across the Tabantha Great Bridge. In order to perfectly depict this serene setting, it is crucial for Link to be present at precisely the appropriate moment to immortalize this breathtaking scene.
To reach the Ancient Columns, one can simply cross the Tabantha Great Bridge located to the west of the stable. As you cross the bridge, the ruins perched high atop the mountain on the left side will come into view. After crossing to the other side of the bridge, you will need to scale the mountain in order to reach the Ancient Columns. It is important to note that this journey involves a significant amount of climbing, so it is recommended to have Stamina recovery consumables and appropriate armor on hand.
The photo that Dabi requested should portray the breathtaking sunrise at the Ancient Columns. However, reaching this location within the given timeframe might prove challenging. It is therefore essential for the player to come prepared with supplies for a campfire, such as wood and items capable of producing a flame. Upon arrival at the Ancient Columns, the player should swiftly craft a campfire and spend the night there, ensuring they awaken in time to capture the much-needed shot.
To ensure both the sunrise and the Ancient Columns are captured in the photograph, Link needs to find an appropriate position for taking the photo. An ideal location can be found at coordinates (-3488, 0438, 0278), situated at the base of the largest ruins featured on the map. By positioning himself to face east from this spot, Link will be able to capture both the stunning Ancient Columns and the beautiful sunrise in a single shot.
After capturing the perfect shot, return to the Tabantha Bridge Stable and interact with the frame inside. Present the photograph to Dabi who will promptly paint a reproduction. In return, the player will receive 1 Pony Point and a Hasty Elixir as a reward.
