However, her comrades and teammates consistently reassured and praised her, highlighting her existing greatness. With a newfound self-assurance, Cathleen evolved into a more formidable hero for both herself and the United States of America. Furthermore, recognizing her significance as a crucial asset to the nation, the government concealed the specific workings of her unique ability.

Star and Stripe possessed a quirk known as New Order, which granted her the ability to establish rules and impart new qualities upon her surroundings. Essentially, her quirk enabled her to manipulate various aspects of her environment. In addition, she had the capacity to set two rules simultaneously using her quirk.

The State Of The War Before Star And Stripe’s Intervention

Following the Dark Hero arc, All For One discusses his plans with Spinner in a cave. Meanwhile, the pro-heroes and police are preoccupied with the escaped convicts, limiting their search for All For One's group. Aware of this, All For One reveals that the biggest challenge they will face is Star and Stripe, America's top hero. Additionally, Tomura's injuries from the fight required a significant amount of time to recover, even with his powerful super regeneration quirk, granting Japan's heroes an additional week to prepare.
