During Satoru Gojo's initial training sessions with Yuji Itadori, he mentioned the possibility of Yuji harnessing Ryomen Sukuna's powers through the King of Curses' presence within his body. As a result, fans eagerly anticipated the moment when Yuji would independently utilize Sukuna's Cursed Techniques.
While the manga has yet to showcase this change, Yuji Itadori's arm underwent a transformation as soon as he stepped onto the battlefield in Shinjuku in chapter 238 of Jujutsu Kaisen. The sight of Yuji's altered hands instantly convinced fans that he had acquired some of Sukuna's formidable powers.

Curiosity may arise regarding the connection between Yuji Itadori and this aquatic creature. Interestingly enough, both the anime and manga drop subtle hints to fans about their association. Upon closer examination, these eyes bear a striking resemblance to the gills of a fish.
Additionally, the opening credits of the first season of the anime showcased black and white fish. The significance of these fish has never been clarified in either the anime or manga. Meanwhile, some fans began speculating that Yuji's newly acquired arms might be linked to Blood Manipulation. Given Choso's regard for Yuji as his brother, there was a possibility that he had imparted some knowledge to him.
