Unova Pokémon Deserving Epic Evolutions in Generation 10!

The Gen 5 "elemental monkeys" have sparked controversy lately for being absent from the Switch. However, with rumors of a potential Pokemon Legends Unova game, these three Pokemon could finally have their moment in the spotlight. In fact, Gen 10 Pokemon games could not only reintroduce Simisage, Simisear, and Simipour, but also grant them new evolutions. Considering their role as secondary starters in Gen 5, it would be logical for each of them to receive cross-gen evolutions and perhaps even gain a new type.

Zebstrika

Zebstrika is undeniably one of the most adored creatures from Generation 5. Rumor has it that if the alleged leaks regarding Pokémon Black and White 3 prove to be true, or if Generation 10 decides to shower previous creatures with affection, it would be truly remarkable to bestow upon this zebra-esque Pokémon a fresh and brand-new evolution. If Zebstrika were to receive a cross-generational evolution in Generation 10, it would undeniably become the hottest topic within the community in record time. This is particularly true considering that this creature already possesses considerable strength in battles. Nevertheless, enhancing its statistics, granting it a formidable new Ability, or even adding an extra type alongside its Electric attribute could elevate its evolution to an unprecedented level of sheer awesomeness.

Audino

While Pokemon X and Y's Mega Evolutions did not grant Audino its own new form, the remakes in Generation 3 did introduce Mega Audino, which quickly gained popularity and showcased significant power. Considering the unlikelihood of Mega Evolutions returning in full force, given the exclusive nature of past battle gimmicks, Audino could greatly benefit from a regular evolution in Generation 10. With its lackluster stats and Normal typing, an evolution across generations would greatly enhance Audino's overall impact - particularly when its base form becomes eligible to utilize the Eviolite held item, boosting its Defense and Special Defense and making it a favorable choice on its own.

Swanna

Swanna falls short of being one of the top contenders in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's Teal Mask DLC, primarily due to its underwhelming performance in the Kitakami Pokedex. The pocket monster itself lacks exceptional qualities right from the start, possessing a glaring 4x weakness to Electric-type attacks, lackluster stats, and mediocre Abilities. Moreover, the presence of numerous formidable Water-type Pokemon further diminishes the appeal of Swanna. However, the tides could turn for this creature if it were to receive a cross-generation evolution in Pokemon Gen 10. By granting Swanna an expanded movepool, enhanced stats, and improved Abilities, its potential would skyrocket, allowing it to truly shine and possibly even become a formidable force.
