In Starfield, as players explore Mars, they will come across Trevor, who is in need of assistance. Initially classified as an Activity, the mission eventually evolves into an independent Side Quest known as Red Tape Blues. To gain Trevor's trust, the Protagonist must start by mining a few rocks before progressing further in Starfield. Since players have the freedom to explore the vast universe right from the start, the Red Tape Blues Side Quest can be initiated early on.

While engaged in the Red Tape Blues Side Quest within Starfield, players are requested by Trevor to undertake a brief mission prior to granting approval for their inclusion within his team, which is actively vying for the Executive Assistant role.
