Fortunately, you possess a Scanner that can be activated by pressing the "F" key on your keyboard. This feature allows certain points of interest to be displayed as icons on your screen:

- Yellow crystals indicate the locations of relics or materials.

Passageways, denoted by green squares, can lead to neighboring rooms, hallways, or the floor above.

The interesting part is that in My Time at Sandrock, the locations of Camera Pieces seem to be randomly distributed. In our experience, we discovered Camera Pieces on floors #2, 4, and 6. However, to acquire any additional parts, we had to reset the ruins by spending 10 gol, as we had proceeded deeper without finding any. On our second try, we found a few more pieces, completing the set.

Using a Scanner upgrade that displays the name of an item can greatly enhance your gameplay experience.

This feature proves particularly advantageous when exclusively searching for Camera Pieces, allowing you to avoid fruitless excavations resulting in different relics or materials.

How to use Photo Mode in My Time at Sandrock

Once you have acquired all the Camera Pieces, it is time to assemble the Camera gadget. Here are the steps you need to follow:

Visit the Museum located in the northern part of town after completing a prerequisite side quest that introduces the Relic Restoration Machine. This machine can be accessed as soon as you acquire a relic part in the ruins.

Opt for the Camera tool and select the restore function, keeping in mind that it requires 10 Data Discs as well.

To unlock the Photo Mode function in My Time at Sandrock, you will receive the Camera gadget for your inventory. Simply assign it to a hotkey and press that button to permanently activate Photo Mode.

That's all there is to it! Keep in mind that you can also activate Photo Mode by holding the tab key and selecting the option, instead of using the Camera hotkey every time. This means you can store the Camera in your stash if you don't want it to occupy inventory space.
