While some fans already know the ages of protagonists like Clive Rosfield and Jill Warrick, the book reveals the ages of other characters that were previously undisclosed.

In response to fan requests, Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy 16 will receive two paid DLCs after its launch. In addition to this DLC announcement, the action RPG has been updated to address bugs, introduce new skins, and allow players to customize character outfits and weapons through transmogrification. With dedicated fans translating and sharing content from the FF16 Ultimania book online, many players are becoming more informed and intrigued by the action RPG.

During her Twitter update, CEO Audrey Lamsam of Aitai Japan Inc. shared interesting information from the Final Fantasy 16 Ultimania book. Specifically, she revealed the ages of various characters in the action RPG. In her initial post, she disclosed that before the time jump, Clive's brother Joshua Rosfield, Dion Lesage, and Terence were all 23 years old, and afterward, they aged to 28. As for the older characters in Final Fantasy 16, Lamsam reported that Benedikta Harman is 28, Hugo Kupka is 38, and Cidolfus "Cid" Telamon is 44 years old. Interestingly, Barnabas Tharmr is said to be 70 years old after the time skip, despite his appearance suggesting he is only 42. Unfortunately, the age of Sleipnir remains unknown, while minor characters like Mid and Edda are respectively aged 16 and 17.

Additionally, Lamsam generously provides character profiles and timelines for fellow Final Fantasy 16 enthusiasts to enjoy. As Square Enix has yet to announce an English release date for the book, fans are grateful that Lamsam is taking it upon herself to translate its contents.
