What Happens in the Final Fantasy 16 Demo
The Final Fantasy 16 Demo offers a generous two-hour gameplay experience at no cost. In this demo, players are treated to polished cinematics and an immersive introduction to the captivating world of Final Fantasy 16. The initial section serves as a comprehensive tutorial, guiding players through the intricacies of the combat system and providing opportunities to engage in various side activities.
Furthermore, the demo establishes a solid foundation for the main story, serving as a prologue that allows fans to delve into Clive's journey from its very inception. Notably, unlike previous installments in the Final Fantasy series, the save data from the prologue can seamlessly carry over to the full game, set to release on June 22nd, 2023.
The demo of Final Fantasy 16 offers players a taste of the game's combat potential after completing the prologue. This section, set in the distant future, is described as one of the darkest areas of the game by Naoki Yoshida, the producer. While the prologue can only be played once, the second portion focused on combat can be replayed as much as desired. It is important to note that the saved data from this demo section cannot be transferred to the full game. Final Fantasy 16 is scheduled to release on June 22nd for the PS5.
