Borderlands fans can once again enjoy an exciting treat with the release of a new Shift code. Devoted to their tradition of generosity, Gearbox Software is offering free Golden Keys to players. Shift codes continue to be a compelling reason for Borderlands enthusiasts to revisit their beloved looter shooter games. Since its original release in 2009, the Borderlands franchise has experienced notable growth. With a total of seven games, including spin-off titles like Tales from the Borderlands, New Tales from the Borderlands, and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, the franchise offers ample replayability. Especially in the games featuring looter shooter mechanics, players can acquire fresh loot at no cost by utilizing Shift codes.
Gearbox's co-founder Randy Pitchford recently shared the latest Shift code. The code, TTRT3-BK5ZT-XCJW5-B3JJJ-JXXXJ, can be redeemed on the official Shift website or through the Shift Menu in each game. It expires on September 7, 2023, at 10 AM CT, so don't miss out. Redeeming the code will grant players three Golden Keys in Borderlands 3, Borderlands 2, and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, as well as three Skeleton Keys in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. These keys can be used to open special chests in each game's hub area, which contain rare equipment.
In the case of Borderlands 3, this presents an exciting opportunity to enjoy its latest update. The game received an update that includes various additions, such as an improved Shift Menu interface. Unlike in Borderlands 2, the Golden Chest in Borderlands 3 has a chance to yield legendary gear upon opening. The gear's level will adjust to match the player's current level, making it wise to save these Golden Keys for a later time after redemption.
Gearbox recently released Borderlands Collection: Pandora's Box, an extensive bundle that includes all the games in the franchise, except for Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. This bundle offers new players the chance to experience the thrilling chaos that the franchise is known for. The addition of a new Shift code is sure to be a welcome bonus for buyers of the collection, especially those struggling in their new playthrough. While the code may not grant access to the countless guns that the franchise boasts, it does provide players with some of the finest weapons available.
Next year, Borderlands fans can look forward to the highly anticipated release of the Borderlands movie. With the introduction of a new Shift code, now is the perfect opportunity to dive into the world of Pandora and beyond.
