The first in-game event for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III will kick off on November 15th, offering players the chance to earn a variety of special rewards like double XP tokens, weapon camos, emblems, and more.
Named "True Legends," this event is dedicated to honoring military veterans. It coincides with the release of the latest Call of Duty Endowment charity DLC, which features a real-life military veteran in the game. Purchasing this DLC for $10 not only helps support the Call of Duty Endowment charity but also accelerates progress through the event's bonus offerings.
The True Legends event concludes on November 22, providing players with a full week to acquire all the items. According to a blog post by Activision, unlocking the rewards simply requires "playing the game and earning XP."

As an enthusiastic fan of the Call of Duty franchise, I am thrilled about the upcoming True Legends event in Modern Warfare III. This event offers players the chance to earn exclusive rewards, including camos, emblems, and double XP tokens, by simply playing the game and earning XP. This is a great way to honor military veterans and support the Call of Duty Endowment charity, which helps place veterans in new jobs after their service.
I'm particularly excited about the Koa King Operator, a character inspired by a highly decorated former Navy SEAL. This character is a great addition to the game and a reminder of the sacrifices that veterans have made for our country. I'm also looking forward to unlocking the "Brave Stripes" weapon camo, which is sure to make my guns look even more awesome.
Overall, I think the True Legends event is a great way to celebrate military veterans and support a worthy cause. I encourage all Call of Duty fans to participate and earn all the exclusive rewards.
