In Final Fantasy 16, players are faced with a difficult decision when it comes to choosing the Eikonic Abilities for the colossal Eikon known as Titan. Unlike other Eikons, all three of Titan's abilities are highly effective in combat, making it necessary for players to have a thorough understanding of each one in order to make a decision. Ultimately, the choice of abilities comes down to personal preference, as some players may be more inclined towards certain abilities over others. With each Eikon Clive attunes with, he gains one Eikonic Feat and three Eikonic Abilities. While the Eikonic Feat remains equipped at all times, players have the flexibility to equip and swap out two of the three Eikonic Abilities as they see fit. As picking the best abilities can be a challenge, players are encouraged to experiment and find the combination that suits their playstyle.
Raging Fists - Titan Eikonic Ability
Raging Fists falls short on Titan's Eikonic Ability list due to one crucial factor - the presence of Titanic Block. This Eikonic Feat offers exceptional defensive capabilities and the opportunity for a counterattack with a well-timed block. As a result, Raging Fists seems to have a diminished purpose and feels somewhat redundant.
Windup - Titan Eikonic Ability
By utilizing Windup, Clive has the ability to summon the mighty Titan's fist and accumulate power for a devastating punch. The longer the player charges this attack, the greater the damage and knockback it will inflict. Releasing the attack while the marker is in the red zone enhances its destructive potential even further. This technique boasts an impressive Attack Potency rating of 4 stars, and mastering the precise timing for the Precision Windup is quite achievable.
Upheaval - Titan Eikonic Ability
Upheaval stands out as one of Titan's most impressive Eikonic Abilities, offering a remarkable blend of versatility and sheer power. By harnessing a charge-up mechanism akin to Windup, players can unleash a devastating shockwave by striking the ground with Titan's mighty fist, inflicting damage upon all adversaries in close proximity. Although this attack may yield slightly less damage than Windup, it compensates by inflicting more substantial Will damage and striking a larger number of targets. Furthermore, this formidable technique can even be swiftly executed without the need for charging, swiftly toppling nearby enemies in a blink of an eye.
