It has a four-legged structure with Palkia's arms attached to the upper torso, while Dialga and Giratina's legs and tail form the bottom half. Additionally, it possesses the wings from both Palkia and Giratina, with its face, chest, and neck being a fusion of the trio.

The creator mentioned that False Deity's signature move, called Universal Roar, functions similarly to Tinkaton's Gigaton Hammer, allowing it to change its non-Dragon type between Steel, Water, and Ghost. Unlike conventional Pokemon, when False Deity performs this move, it doesn't faint but instead transforms from its base form into its Origin Form.
