In Remnant 2, every RPG requires a unique in-game currency, and Scrap is that currency. It consists of bits and pieces of junk that players can collect from the game's ruined worlds. Scrap holds great value, as the remaining humans in Ward 13 use it as weaponry and armor.

To fully engage with Remnant 2's vendors, players will need a considerable amount of Scrap. Crafting, upgrading, and purchasing various items all demand this currency, making it crucial for players to be cautious and strategic with their spending. To ensure a sufficient reserve for the future, here are two highly recommended locations for farming scrap.

Remnant 2: Best Scrap Farm

The Hatchery is one of the prime locations for Scrap farming in the game, situated in N'Erud and serving as one of the two main dungeons. Whether players start at Seeker's Rest or the Forgotten Prison, as long as they avoid the Putrid Domain, they can profit from this resource-rich area.

Following the removal of the Chimney's monsters, which used to endlessly spawn, the Hatchery has emerged as a leading spot for both Scrap and experience farming. This is primarily due to the dungeon's exceptionally dense population of hostile creatures. Players will encounter a multitude of alien bugs as they maneuver through the Hatchery's narrow corridors, and defeating them poses little challenge.

The Enigma possesses exceptional strength in this area, as it can inflict damage on multiple targets simultaneously. Utilize its power to eliminate every bug throughout the map (excluding the boss). Afterward, employ the Liquid Escape item to return to the dungeon entrance, causing all the bugs to reappear for another adventure filled with valuable Scrap and XP.

Running the Hatchery will require a few minutes to complete. Players seeking a faster farming method should consider going to the Fractured Ingress checkpoint in the Labyrinth. Proceed up the stairs on the left to initiate a battle with stone constructs. An elite construct will consistently appear here, dropping around 60 Scrap upon defeat. There is also a possibility of obtaining a Lumenite Crystal, which can be sold for even more Scrap.

To streamline the process and avoid constantly traveling back and forth between the spawn zone and the checkpoint, locate the yellow portal near the elite's spawn location. Enter the portal and then re-enter it to return to the Labyrinth. This will reset the player's spawn point to the portal entrance itself. From there, defeat the elite construct once again and utilize Liquid Escape to respawn in the same spot.
