Holy Bulwark Otto is found in The Abandoned Redcopse near the Vestige of Ranik.

After defeating Holy Bulwark Otto, The Lightreaper appears for the first time in The Abandoned Redcopse.

Pieta can be reached from The Abandoned Redcopse Windmill Vestige. Eventually, players will place a Vestige Seed that’s much closer than the original one.

Scourged Sister Delyth is found by climbing the ladders near the Sanctuary Vestige in Pilgrim’s Perch.

Head down the elevator near the Pilgrim's Perch Bellroom Vestige and proceed to the lowest level to see the Mistress of Hounds.

The Congregator of Flesh is immediately encountered upon arriving at the Forsaken Fen and activating the Vestige of Olleren.

The Mendacious Visage is located somewhat near the Vestige of Valade in Forsaken Fen. The boss can only be encountered in the Umbral Realm. Players will fight it as a normal enemy in later areas.

The Hushed Saint boss area is located in the poisonous swamp inside Forsaken Fen after crossing a long wooden bridge.

While exploring Fitzroy's Gorge, players will eventually encounter the Crimson Rector Percival near the elevator shortcut.

Optional

The Ruiner can be found on the Fitzroy's Gorge bridge, and progressing to the next area is impossible until players defeat the boss.

Although lampbearers encounter The Lightreaper at the beginning of Lords of the Fallen, they can't fight him due to his sheer powers. Now, however, players are stronger and stand a chance against him if desired. Dying against him in Fitzroy's Gorge will make him move to another area.

After the Vestige of Sebastian in Lower Calrath, players will encounter the Infernal Enchantress in the burning village.

The Spurned Progeny is found in the Upper Calrath plaza.

This boss fight is split into three enemies that appear after a certain interval. The boss is located inside Cistern, which is a sub-area in Sunless Skein, within the area full of cages in the Umbral Realm.

The Skinstealer is found after the sewers in Cistern.

Kinrangr Guardian Folard is located inside a cave in the Fief of the Chill Curse, which is accessible by using the Fief Key at the bell gate near the Windmill Vestige in an early area.

Griefbound Rowena is found in the Fief of the Chill Curse after the Kinrangr Guardian Folard.

The Hollow Crow is located in the Fief of the Chill Curse near the Vestige of Loash.

The Harrower Dervla is a boss inside Revelation Depths. Upon defeating her, a second phase begins which is the Unbroken Promise

Upon defeating both phases of the Harrower Dervla boss fight in Revelation Depths, purchase the Umbral Scouring Clump from Molhu and use it on the well inside the boss room. This will take players to Mother’s Lull where Elianne the Starved is waiting.

Main If players chose the Umbral Ending

The Sacred Resonance of Tenacity is encountered in Pilgrim’s Perch once players acquire the Pilgrim’s Perch Key and open the bell gate near the Bellroom Vestige. It’s possible to explore this area earlier if lampbearers bought the key from Stomund, Captain of the Fidelis.

Exploring the Manse of the Hallowed Brothers area forces players to fight the Abiding Defenders.

From the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters Vestige, players can reach the Blessed Carrion Knight Sanisho boss in the Tower of Penance.

There are two phases; Tancred Master of Castigations and Reinhold the Immured in the Tower of Penance.

Near the entrance of the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, lampbearers will encounter the Abbess Ursula.

Exploring the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters will eventually reveal a room with an altar. Touch it to trigger the boss fight.

Judge Cleric is located in The Empyrean.

After finishing The Empyrean area, revisit Upper Calrath and proceed forward to encounter The Lightreaper for the final time.

Proceeding deeper inside the Upper Calrath, Andreas of Ebb appears close to Bramis Castle entrance.

Near the gates of Bramis Castle, The Iron Wayfarer will be waiting.

Enter the Bramis Castle gates and explore deep inside to find Damarose the Marked. Do note that if players killed her using the Seedpod for the Umbral Ending, she won’t be found as a boss in the castle.

The Sundered Monarch is located deep inside the Bramis Castle.

If players cleanse all beacons, Adyr the Bereft Exile boss fight will trigger in Bramis Castle. However, choosing another Ending locks out this boss fight.
