In the action role-playing game, Atomic Heart, players must navigate through waves of enemies and overcome complex puzzles to endure the robotic apocalypse. Amongst the game's challenging puzzles, the Elevator Puzzle proves to be particularly perplexing, and players must successfully solve it as part of the 'Not so Fast, Major' mission.
This mission presents players with the objective of energizing two elevators to advance to the next level and progress in the game's storyline. Discover the steps to activate the elevator in Atomic Heart through the following comprehensive guide.
How to Power Up the Elevator in Atomic Heart
Find the Circuit Breaker
After defeating the robotic boss, players will encounter two disabled elevators in need of repair. To restore functionality, they must locate the circuit breaker and provide power to the elevators. Utilize the scanner to examine the power cable's directions and follow the indicated path towards the circuit breaker. The wires will guide players downstairs to a supply room. Unfortunately, the room's locked door poses a challenge as the key required is nowhere to be found within its confines.
Get the Key and Enter the Room
To locate the key, players should follow the objective marker and proceed to the room where CCTV cameras are installed. It is important to avoid detection by these cameras and enter the room stealthily, as being spotted can trigger the alert system and prompt attacking robots to arrive. To ensure safety, it is advisable to disable the security cameras using the Shock ability.
After successfully disabling the cameras, players can proceed to the room on the left side of the corridor, identifiable by its white door. Inside, they will find the key placed on a table. Carefully pick up the key and return to the locked door on the first floor, using it to unlock and gain entry. Once inside, they should focus their attention on the puzzle located on the left side wall.
Solve the Puzzle
In this puzzle, there are three laser lines positioned on the right side and moving towards the left. Out of these three lines, two are red while one is blue. Initially, the blue laser is located at the top and players need to manipulate the circles to guide the blue laser to the bottom position. To do this, they should move the upper right circle in a manner that causes the blue laser to rotate towards the middle.
Lastly, players should interact with the lower right circle to position the blue laser at the required bottom location. Once successfully done, the circuit breaker will be activated, leading to the functioning of the elevators. With the elevators operational, players can now utilize the working lift to advance to the next level of the game.
