AMD has now revealed the detailed specifications for the Ryzen 5 7500F. This processor features a 6-core 12-thread setup with a base clock speed of 3.7GHz and can reach a boost clock speed of up to 5GHz. It is equipped with 6MB of L2 cache and 32MB of L3 cache. AMD has stated that the maximum operating temperature is 95 degrees Celsius, and the default TDP is 65W. The Ryzen 5 7500F also supports PCIe 5.0 and DDR5.

The Ryzen 5 7500F is priced at $179, making it an affordable option. Currently, it is available for purchase in China through JD.com. While the product specification page mentions global availability, it is expected that the CPU will soon be offered by US retailers. However, AMD has clarified that in China, the GPU will be sold separately, while in other countries, it will be bundled with PC builds by system integrators. Comparing it to the next cheapest CPU in the lineup, the Ryzen 5 7600 priced at $219, the 7500F stands out as a cost-effective alternative. Although it lacks an internal GPU, it is only 100MHz slower than the 7600 in terms of base and boost clocks. Therefore, the difference in performance for CPU-intensive tasks between the two models will be negligible.
