Players will receive a note from Herald Flaps, the messenger proto-dragon, which initiates their journey in raising whelps. Upon reaching the daycare, players can engage in daily quests and storylines that involve interacting with baby dragon NPCs of different colors, witnessing their charming misadventures.

Participating in the Little Scales Daycare offers fantastic rewards for players. Completing the graduation quests for each whelp grants two companions: a cute battle pet and a non-combat baby dragon version.

Rusziona, the Black Dragon whelp, awards Iggy, the Primal Earth Elemental.

Zalethgos, the Blue Dragon Whelp, awards Pallibrius, the Magic Book.

Zhusadormu, the Bronze Dragon Whelp, awards Annuna, the Baby Hornswog.

Posidriss, the Green Dragon Whelp, awards Somnius, the Bear Cub.

Belastrasza, the Red Dragon whelp, presents Princess Vorquistrasza, the Baby Vorquin.

Upon completing all five, players achieve the Hey Nanny Nanny milestone and earn the Whelptender title. Subsequently, World of Warcraft players gain access to a series of exclusive Dragonriding races, allowing them temporary control over the baby dragons. By successfully finishing all of these races, players attain the Daycare Derby achievement and receive a toy that summons baby dragons to carry them and slow their descent for a brief period. Finally, completing each of the 16 distinct daily quests once unlocks the Whelp, There It Is achievement, in addition to acquiring an adorable Wylderdrake battle pet named Axel.

Players eagerly anticipate the release of World of Warcraft Patch 10.1.5 and one particular daily activity has generated immense excitement. The baby dragons from Dragonflight have captivated players with their adorable and heartwarming moments. Along with the promise of enticing rewards, it is expected that a multitude of players will flock to the Little Scales Daycare as soon as the Fractures in Time becomes available.
