Unleash Nostalgia with Epic Trading Post Rewards in World of Warcraft this August

Experience a wave of nostalgia as World of Warcraft's Trading Post unveils August rewards, evoking cherished memories for both Alliance and Horde players

Highlights

August's World of Warcraft Trading Post rewards feature returning rewards from the game's history, including faction-exclusive mounts from past anniversary events.

Until August 31, players have the opportunity to earn a maximum of 1,500 Trader's Tenders per month. This gives them ample chances to claim the rewards they desire and relive memories of faction-based battles. Engaging in various activities including Time Rifts, transmog contests, Timewalking dungeons, and dragonriding races allows players to acquire Trader's Tenders and focus on their preferred rewards.

Continuing from where July's reward track left off, the August lineup of World of Warcraft Trading Post rewards will showcase items from the game's past, bringing them back into the spotlight. Alongside pets and cosmetic armor, players who earn enough Trader's Tenders will have the opportunity to claim faction-exclusive mounts that were previously only obtainable during anniversary events.

Blizzard previously announced in July that the World of Warcraft Trading Post reward track would be expanded for a limited time. This not only offered players a greater number of challenges to complete, but also allowed them to earn up to 1,500 Trader's Tenders per month. While this bonus will come to an end on August 31st, World of Warcraft players will still have ample opportunities to acquire their desired rewards, with some items evoking nostalgic memories for those who long for faction-based conflicts.

Players who earn 1,500 Traveler's Log points in August will receive the Bones of the Bloodhunter ensemble as a cosmetic reward in World of Warcraft. This set resembles the clothing worn by the Blood Trolls fought against in the Battle for Azeroth expansion. The Fury of the Firelord mace, the most expensive weapon of the month, will cost 750 Trader's Tenders. However, players have various options available for 650 Traders each, such as the Alabaster Stormtalon and Thunderwing mounts for Alliance and Horde players respectively. Players can also obtain the Ancestral Clefthoof ground mount and the Spirit of Competition companion pet, both for the same amount of Tenders. Additionally, two shields bearing the crests of the Alliance and the Horde will be available for 50 Tenders each.

To obtain enough Trader's Tenders for their desired rewards, World of Warcraft players can now earn them through Time Rifts added in Patch 10.1.5. Other activities available throughout the month include the Trial of Style transmog contest, completing five Timewalking dungeons from The Burning Crusade expansion, and participating in the Kalimdor Cup dragonriding race event. With a variety of activities to choose from, players should have no trouble deciding which ones to prioritize.

The transmog tracker in World of Warcraft Patch 10.1.5 enables players to monitor their acquired Trading Post rewards. The abundance of transmog choices in August leaves us wondering about the true usefulness of this feature. World of Warcraft is currently accessible on PC.
