Jump Fest 2024 has announced the release window for the second cour of the Undead Unluck anime, with the final episode set to air on December 22, 2023. The voice actors from the series expressed their excitement in voicing another season, which is scheduled for release in January 2024.

The trailer includes an intense battle scene featuring new characters such as Riki Shigeno, voiced by Ayumu Murase, the timid boy Andy and his friends, and Rip, voiced by Yuki Kaji, who is a member of the new group "Under" that opposes the Union.

Yuki Kaji, Yuichi Nakamura, Moe Kahara, and Ayumu Murase were featured on the "Super Stage BLUE" at Jump Festa 2024, held at Makuhari Messe on December 16, 2023. The opening theme, "Love Call," was a lively and passionate performance by Shui, while the closing theme will be the dramatic and upbeat song "Nothing can compete with this love" by OKAMOTO'S.

This song took the most time and care to write out of all the ones I've done so far. I focused on the lyrics, hoping to portray a genuine and uncomplicated love, like the one I desire for Andy and Fuko in the real world. I've been closely following the weekly series and have been moved by the intense developments, which will make the anime even more appealing. I can't wait to see it! The second cour, animated by David Production, will be released at the end of January and promises to bring thrilling changes to Andy and Fuuko's lives.

Although it is not yet available, a dub of Undead Unluck anime is confirmed to be in the works. Hulu is currently offering anime for streaming with English subtitles and Japanese audio.
