In addition to the exciting DreamSnap update, Disney Dreamlight Valley offers players the opportunity to welcome a fresh character to their village. The 2023 road map has revealed the release of two new characters following the Remembering update.

Plant the Candy Seeds

Coming soon, players will finally have the opportunity to bring Belle to Dreamlight Valley. Another exciting addition is Vanellope, who is now ready to be unlocked. Just like other characters, Vanellope offers a unique series of friendship quests for Disney Dreamlight Valley players to embark on as they enhance their friendship level with her. The initial quest awaiting players is called "Extreme Biome Makeover".

After reaching Level 2, Vanellope will present players with a quest. In this quest, she requests players to sow a total of 10 Candy Seeds throughout the Valley. These Candy Seeds can be sown anywhere within the Valley. Alternatively, players can choose to sow all the seeds in a single area if they prefer not to keep track of multiple crop locations.

After planting all the sprouts, use the Royal Watering Can to water them. The Candy Cane Sprouts will grow within a minute. If you have applied a Miracle Growth Elixir or the Even More Miraculous Growth Elixir to your Royal Watering Can, you can instantly harvest the Candy Cane Sprouts.

Take the Candy Cane Sprouts to Vanellope

Find Vanellope and present her with the Candy Cane Sprouts. Witness the magical transformation of these sprouts into splendid Candy Cane Trees as she invites players to adorn her abode with these newly crafted arboreal wonders. Additionally, she generously gifts players with a magnificent Giant Lollipop and a delectable Sugar Cookie Pavement to augment their decorative endeavors.

Place the Decorations

To proceed with the quest, players should make room in Dreamlight Valley as this step requires significant space. All the decorations mentioned below should be placed near Vanellope's house. In order to progress, players need to position 50 Deluxe Sugar Cookie Pavements, five Candy Cane Trees, and five Giant Lollipops. After successfully placing these decorations, players should seek out Vanellope and engage in conversation with her.

Make a Kart

To make the kart, players will need to collect six units of wheat.

Five Sugarcane

One Egg

Two Butter

One Milk

You can purchase Wheat and Sugarcane from Goofy's stalls located in the Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach, respectively. Remy's Restaurant offers Eggs, Butter, and Milk for sale.

Once you have gathered all the required ingredients, head to the nearest cooking station to create the necessary components. There are three distinct recipes that players need to follow in order to make the kart. The first one is for the Sugar Kart Seat, followed by the Sugar Kart Tail, and finally, the Sugar Kart Wheel (which requires making four of them).

Give the Parts to Vanellope

Find Vanellope and deliver the recently prepared components to her. Naturally, the kart requires additional parts in order to be assembled. Proceed to WALL-E's house and scour for three pieces of electronic waste and two power sources.

In the room, you can find a battery in both the upper right and lower left corners. Once you collect the three pieces of electronic junk, ask the villagers if they have any glue. Speak to Remy, who will give you an inedible frosting that can be used as glue. Finally, return to Vanellope and give her the glue to finish this friendship quest.
