In 2023, there is a growing trend among celebrities to share their pregnancy journeys, with Claire Danes, Blake Lively, and other notable stars leading the way.
During the 80th Annual Golden Globes, Claire Danes, known for her role in the TV series "Homeland," proudly unveiled her blossoming baby bump. This came shortly after the announcement that she and her husband Hugh Dancy are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their third child.
"Oh no, guess what? It's number three. Surprise! We didn't plan for this, but here we are!" Danes, who married her husband from England in September 2009, shared with Access Hollywood host Mario Lopez on the red carpet outside the Beverly Hilton in California. "I already have Cyrus, who is 10, and Rowan who is 4, and now this little one. They're evenly spaced but cover a wide range of ages. We're really excited and thrilled."
The former star of My So-Called Life, who attended the awards show on January 10 without her spouse, revealed that she and Dancy chose not to find out the gender of their third baby and were leaving it to chance until delivery.
Content: In September 2022, the actress known for her role in Gossip Girl, announced that she and her husband Ryan Reynolds, who already have three daughters together, are expecting their fourth child. Four months later, Lively made a humorous comment about her pregnancy workout routine. Sharing photos on Instagram on January 2, the Age of Adaline star wrote, "I've been following @donsaladino's workout program for months now. Looks like something isn't working," along with pictures of herself with trainer Don Saladino before and after realizing she was pregnant.
Lively's pregnancy training regimen was lightly mocked in her post, but Saladino assured that her desire to stay in shape was not affected by her growing belly. In October 2022, he stated that they were keeping an eye on her workout intensity, especially considering the changes in the first trimester. Their focus was on avoiding cardio and incorporating more stationary exercises, with a lot of split stance. They avoided positions that put pressure on her back or inverted her legs, preferring upright or inclined exercises instead.
English Singer Jessie J has been experiencing ups and downs in 2023. On January 6, she announced that she is expecting her first child, despite being previously told that she would never get pregnant. Reflecting on her past fertility struggles, the "Domino" singer shared her surprise and disbelief at the rapidity of her pregnancy journey. Taking to Instagram Story, she expressed how surreal it feels and admitted that there are days when she still hasn't fully grasped the reality of it all, which is why she chose to keep the news to herself for a while.

New year, more baby bumps! Claire Danes, Blake Lively and more celebrities have been documenting their pregnancy milestones in 2023.
Homeland alum parades her baby bump at the 80th Annual Golden Globes, confirming rumors of her pregnancy with husband Hugh Dancy. In a conversation with Access Hollywood host Mario Lopez, Danes confessed that baby number three was not planned, but they are looking forward to the new addition to their family. With Cyrus at 10 and Rowan at 4, they are excited about the diverse age range of their children.
The former child star of "My So-Called Life" attended the awards show on January 10 alone. She shared that she and Dancy decided not to find out the gender of their third baby and were leaving it to chance until the delivery.
As for the "Gossip Girl" alum, she revealed in September 2022 that she and her husband Ryan Reynolds, with whom she already has three daughters, are expecting their fourth child. Four months later, Lively made a lighthearted comment about her pregnancy workout.
Lively, the actress known for her role in "Age of Adaline," took to Instagram on January 2 to express her frustration with @donsaladino's workout program. She shared photos of herself with trainer Don Saladino both before and after finding out she was pregnant. Despite poking fun at her pregnancy training regimen, Saladino had previously mentioned to We magazine that Lively was determined to stay in shape regardless of her growing belly.
"We're closely monitoring her ballistics. Although there are some changes during the first trimester, overall she has a strong foundation," the fitness expert told Us exclusively in October 2022. "We are avoiding cardio and focusing more on stationary exercises. We incorporate a lot of split stance positions and avoid laying her flat on her back or inverting her legs. So, most of the exercises are performed in an upright position or on an incline."
In addition, singer Jessie J has been proudly embracing her pregnancy journey in 2023 since confirming on January 6 that she is expecting her first child.
"It feels surreal to be on this side after being told I could never conceive, experiencing pregnancy loss, and now finding myself pregnant at such a rapid pace," the "Domino" songstress shared on her Instagram Story, reflecting on her past fertility struggles. "There are days when my mind still hasn't fully grasped the reality of it all, which is why I chose to keep it quiet for so long."
In her announcement, she added, "The initial anxiety was overwhelming, as if I had my eyes closed tightly, hoping that everything would continue to go smoothly. I cherish every moment of this journey and pray daily for the safe arrival of my baby. I am aware that I have been bestowed with the greatest gift I will ever receive."
