Ultimate Fan-Made Attack on Titan Game fulfills all fan expectations post-finale

New Attack on Titan game developed by a talented Mecha Attack programmer fulfills fans' desires for fresh gameplay and updates, offering an exciting alternative to the existing game released in 2016

Although there is an existing Attack on Titan game released in 2016, fans are eagerly awaiting new games or updates from the developers. Unfortunately, there is no official Attack on Titan game currently in development. However, a dedicated fan who is a game developer has taken it upon himself to create his own version of an Attack on Titan game.

With the series coming to an end, fans have been longing for more content. They were disappointed when the final season was split into several parts and stretched over time, and now that it's all over, they miss it. The new fanmade game is a free way for fans to immerse themselves in the Attack on Titan universe once again.

Mecha Attack game programmer creates his own Attack on Titan game

Mecha Attack game programmer @SwammyXO shared on X (formerly Twitter) the release of his fanmade Attack on Titan game on November 27. The game is free to play, and he also uploaded a short YouTube video to explain the game's details. In the video, he mentioned that he had previously created a game based on the franchise, but it had issues that fans noticed. As a result, @SwammyXO decided to completely remake the game using only a few free-to-use assets.

The programmer has enhanced the game by improving the graphics, ODM gear animations, and Titans. Additionally, they have introduced new characters to the game, including Marin Kitagawa from My Dress-Up Darling, Yor Forger from Spy x Family, and Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

The developer also assured that additional characters would be included in future updates. In terms of updates, the game is scheduled to receive numerous updates that will address any bugs or issues encountered by users during gameplay.

One major change from the previous version is the introduction of an online multiplayer mode. The developer has implemented a feature that enables players to host a server through Epic Games, providing the opportunity for other players to join.

Regrettably, encountering bugs and glitches is inevitable when participating in the online multiplayer mode. Consequently, it will require subsequent updates and patches to rectify. As a result, enthusiasts will have to patiently await the release of the next update to address these issues.

The programmer ensures users will have a seamless experience when playing offline. They have thoroughly tested the game to avoid the bugs that were present in the previous release. However, the new update may take some time as the programmer is fully committed to developing the Mecha Attack game under BLACKBOX.

Editor's P/S

As an Attack on Titan fan, I am incredibly excited about the release of this new fan-made game. I've been a fan of the series since the very beginning, and I've always wanted to see a game that truly captures the feel of the anime and manga. This game seems to do just that, and I can't wait to try it out.

I'm also impressed by the developer's commitment to the game. He's clearly put a lot of time and effort into it, and it shows. The graphics are great, the gameplay is smooth, and the characters are all well-done. I'm also glad that he's planning to add more characters and features in future updates.

Overall, I think this is a great game for Attack on Titan fans. It's a fun and exciting way to experience the world of the series, and I can't wait to see what the developer does with it in the future.
