Travis Kelce experienced a heartwarming moment in his connection with Taylor Swift, all thanks to a meme about the couple. On his podcast "New Heights," the NFL star expressed his admiration for a social media post on X (formerly Twitter) that humorously mentioned his initial attempts to meet the 33-year-old singer.

The tweet played on the well-known "and I took that personally" meme associated with Michael Jordan. In the original post from July, it said, "Travis when Taylor Swift declined to meet him before her concert," accompanied by a picture of Jordan.

On Sunday, November 12, a fan responded in a humorous manner, saying, "That comment has aged well." The "New Heights" account promptly liked the reply, resulting in the interaction gaining prominence in the feeds of their followers.

The initial post refers to Kelce, 34, expressing his disappointment when attending the Eras Tour as he was unable to meet Swift.

Kelce revealed on his podcast "New Heights" in July, to his cohost and brother, Jason Kelce, that he felt "butthurt" because Swift does not talk before or after her shows, as she needs to save her voice for the 44 songs she sings. Kelce had planned to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his contact information.
