In the words of The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kenya Moore, Tracee Ellis Ross is “gone with the wind fabulous.”
The 51-year-old actress brought Moore's song to life as she spun around on the red carpet at the Candy Cane Lane premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 28. Ross looked stunning in a Brandon Maxwell outfit, complete with a yellow-gold cape and a billowing black skirt that trailed behind her. The ensemble was tied together with a striking black belt boasting a metallic buckle design.
Ross enhanced the ensemble with pointed-toe pumps and shiny dangling earrings that coordinated with her belt.
Her evening look was curated by her longtime stylist Karla Welch, who also styles Hailey Bieber, Sarah Paulson, Olivia Wilde, and others.
Ross chose to make her clothes and accessories the center of attention, complementing the look with a sleek bun hairstyle. To add some glamour, Ross went for a subtle radiance with warm eyeshadow, rosy cheeks, and pink lipstick.

Ross not only took individual photos, but also posed with her Candy Cane Lane costar Eddie Murphy. He looked effortlessly cool in a silk bomber jacket paired with black pants and dark shoes.
After the event, Ross posted pictures from the screening on Instagram, including a video of her dancing on the carpet. She captioned the post with "’Tis the season."
The film, which premieres on Friday, December 1, depicts Murphy’s character Chris Carver making a deal with a mischievous elf who casts a magic spell to bring the 12 Days of Christmas to life. (Ross plays Chris’ wife Carol.) Joining Ross and Murphy, Candy Cane Lane stars Jillian Bell, Robin Thede, D.C. Young Fly, and Thaddeus J. Mixson from Creed III.

Ross and Murphy, both 62, discussed the film during an interview with Good Morning America on Monday, November 27. They shared, “We were searching for something magical, and we chose to create a Christmas movie.” Murphy also mentioned, “We aimed to produce something timeless, a movie that people could enjoy repeatedly, similar to the Christmas films from my childhood.”

Ross and Murphy also gushed about their own holiday traditions with the Girlfriends alum sharing, “My favorite part of Christmas is being around my family.”
Murphy, who has 10 kids, said, “We go all out every Christmas. Lots of gifts, a big tree, actually too many decorations, lots of kids around — and I love it.”
