Tori Spelling remains resilient amidst her troubles with estranged husband Dean McDermott.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, November 8, the 50-year-old actress vowed to stay positive and focused. "I believe in constantly moving forward and staying motivated," Spelling wrote. "However, today I took a moment to reflect on my journey. It's crucial to occasionally glance back and appreciate how much progress you have made and acknowledge your inner strength."
Spelling's social media post featured a selfie of her posing against a tree, with the captions "Strength" and "Live in the Moment" added. The actress was wearing a white tank top and a nameplate necklace, showcasing her bicep tattoo that reads, "Tout mon couer, tout ma vie."
In 2016, Spelling got a tattoo that translates to "all my heart, all my life" from French as a matching piece with McDermott, who is now 56, to commemorate their 10th anniversary. However, since then, their relationship has faced many challenges, leading McDermott to announce in June that they had decided to separate after being married for almost twenty years.
“It is with immense sadness and an extremely heavy heart that, after being together for 18 years and raising 5 incredible children, @torispelling and I have made the difficult decision to part ways and embark on separate journeys. Despite this, we will remain united as devoted parents, supporting and nurturing our children through this challenging period. We kindly request that you honor our need for privacy, allowing us to surround our family with love as we navigate through this process.”

Spelling, who has five children (Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6) with McDermott, did not respond to the actor's statement. McDermott later deleted the post, and a source confirmed that the couple had no plans to divorce.
Nearly four months later, speculation about their breakup intensified after McDermott was seen holding hands with Lily Calo. Another source disclosed in October that McDermott's relationship with Calo, who is 32 and also shares a son (Jack, 25) with his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace, only began when he realized that his relationship with Tori was over.

Spelling has also moved on, as she recently started to see advertising CEO Ryan Cramer after meeting through work.
Spelling and McDermott are currently on strained terms amidst their new relationships, as stated by a third source who recently mentioned that McDermott has doubts about Spelling's new romance.
