With his firstborn son, Delano, now 10 years old, Today host Craig Melvin is making sure to cherish every moment with him.

Melvin, who is 44 years old, and his wife Lindsay Czarniak shared photos from Delano's birthday party on Instagram on Monday, March 11. The celebration included a trip to see a Broadway show and a delicious meal at Benihana.

Our little boy has grown up so quickly! In the blink of an eye, he went from being a baby who made us parents to a fun-loving, caring 10-year-old kid that we absolutely adore. It's amazing how we find ourselves truly enjoying the time we spend together as he grows up, experiencing the things he loves and seeing the world through his eyes.

Melvin and Czarniak, who is 46 years old and works as a reporter for Fox Sports, tied the knot in October 2011. They are also proud parents to their 7-year-old daughter, Sybil.

Melvin recently shared his thoughts on raising two mixed-race children. He reflected on how he and his wife, Lindsay, never discussed the possibility of having mixed-race kids before getting married. In an essay for Black History Month, Melvin admitted that it was not something they had considered while dating.

Melvin shared, "Now with Delano and Sybil, we've been learning as we go. We've made a conscious effort to introduce our kids to both of our cultures."
