TikTok star Allison Kuch revealed in a video that her husband, NFL free agent Isaac Rochell, is not ready to end his football career just yet. Kuch mentioned that Rochell has been playing in the NFL for seven years, and if he were to play this year, it would mark his eighth year in the league. However, since he is currently not signed to a team, the question of retirement remains uncertain. Kuch humorously expressed her concern about potentially having to move again if Rochell receives a call from a team, as she has not even finished unpacking in their current place.

Kuch and Rochell, both 29 years old, have been a couple since their college days. They got married in 2021, four years after he got picked by the Los Angeles Chargers. Rochell, who plays as a defensive end, has also been part of the Cleveland Browns and the Las Vegas Raiders. Unfortunately, he was released from the Las Vegas team in late 2023, just weeks before Kuch was due to give birth to their first child. (Their daughter, Scottie Bee, was born in December 2023.)

Even after being let go from the team, Rochell kept sharing glimpses of his workouts on social media. He made it known that he had plans to come back for another season, mentioning that his agents were actively working to help him achieve that goal.

"There's so much going on behind the scenes that you might not be aware of," Kuch shared during his conversation on Thursday. He mentioned that there are workouts, talks, and phone calls that they prefer to keep private. This is mainly because he doesn't want to be the reason his husband misses out on job opportunities, although he said it in a joking manner.

Kuch also mentioned that Rochell is eager to make a return to an NFL team or practice squad.

unfortunately if i dont look good in the teams colors im gonna make him say no

Isaac's main focus right now is getting his daughter a 98 jersey. Kuch jokingly mentioned how she even tattooed his Chargers jersey number on the inside of her lip. He wonders how cute it would be to see Scottie at football games wearing a little jersey.

Rochell, the TikTok star, is planning to continue playing in the NFL for another year because he has a strong passion for football and enjoys putting in the effort.

His friend Kuch mentioned that Rochell is extremely competitive and is not ready to retire from the game just yet. They are unsure about which team he will join or when the decision will be made, as last year he only received a call to join an NFL camp 12 hours before it started.

Most NFL teams have welcomed new rookies from the 2024 draft and are currently busy with OTA practices. The games are set to start in September.

In recent news, Rochell caught everyone's attention by openly embracing his role as a stay-at-home husband while he waits to hear from teams.

"Yes, I play in the NFL and I'll be playing next year," Rochell joked in a TikTok video from May. He added, "But for now, I'm just a stay-at-home husband and I'm rocking it."

Rochell hinted that his post was aimed at Harrison Butker, the Kansas City Chiefs kicker who received backlash for suggesting that women should aim to be stay-at-home moms during a recent speech.

Rochell is optimistic about finding a team to play for in the upcoming 2024-2025 season. In a social media post, Kuch expressed her feelings about Rochell eventually retiring from the sport, saying she will feel sad.

Reflecting on their shared experiences in football, Kuch mentioned that they have created many unforgettable memories together. She also mentioned that thanks to her podcast, she will continue to be involved in football games for a long time.

Kuch hosts the “Sunday Sports Club Podcast,” breaking down the game and what life in the league is like for a spouse.
