The trailer culminates with an unsettling declaration from Negan, challenging the preconceived notions about his identity by stating, "I am not the person you believe me to be."Episode 5 of The Walking Dead: Dead City sets the stage for a pivotal clash involving all the main characters. The flare gun Ginny fired is likely to attract Negan's attention, while The Croat might not be far away either. Now that Ginny knows about Maggie's intention to trade Negan for Hershel, she will probably warn him, escalating the conflict between them, as hinted in the final trailer.
Maggie deceiving Negan about The Croat stealing food with Hershel from the new Hilltop puts Hershel in grave danger.
