The Unstoppable Druid in Diablo 4 Achieves Mind-Blowing 1 Billion Single-Hit Damage

A skilled Diablo 4 player and Twitch streamer crafts an immensely potent Druid build, unleashing devastating single-hit damage exceeding one billion

A player in Diablo 4 using the Druid class achieved over 1 billion single-hit damage. Despite criticisms for the balance issues with the Druid class, some players still choose to play as it.

Diablo 4 is Blizzard's latest addition to the beloved action-RPG series. With five playable classes, each with their own distinct abilities and builds, players have plenty of options to explore. As the first season of Diablo 4 approaches, many players have already reached the endgame and uncovered powerful builds. The Druid class, in particular, has gained popularity due to its strength.

In order to highlight the extreme power of the Druid class, a Twitch streamer known as Moxsy shared a clip from Diablo 4 where he achieved a staggering 1.8 billion damage with a single hit using a build called "Lightning Shred 2.0". Moxsy also uploaded a video guide on YouTube, explaining how he optimized his Druid's abilities to exploit enemy weaknesses, resulting in devastating damage and critical strikes. This led to a significant increase in the hero's damage multiplier and the ability to quickly defeat enemies.

Although it is uncertain whether this level of power is intended by the game developers, many players of Diablo 4 were impressed by Moxsy's Lightning Shred 2.0 build. Some individuals even compared it to a glitch that allowed the Barbarian class to deal an astonishing 25 to 300 billion damage. At present, Blizzard has not yet addressed the issue of the Druid's 1.8 billion single-hit damage.

With the release of its first season on July 20, Diablo 4 may undergo bug fixes and glitches to ensure game balance. One potential adjustment could involve addressing the excessive damage output of the Druid class by nerfing the items utilized by players like Moxsy, who are able to achieve over a billion damage in a single hit. However, such a change may disappoint Druid enthusiasts who have been enjoying the ability to swiftly defeat enemies.

Simultaneously, Diablo 4 players may also have concerns about Season 1, such as logging in with the character that had made the most progress after the July 18 update.

Diablo 4 is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
