The Unstoppable Alliance: Discover the Formidable Super Team Capable of Defeating Omni-Man
Invincible's official Twitter responds to a fan question, confirming that the Powerpuff Girls possess the power to defeat the formidable Omni-Man
Invincible's Omni-Man stands no chance against the Powerpuff Girls, as confirmed by a humorous tweet from a fan. As the second season of Invincible draws near, fans eagerly express their excitement for the beloved characters and comic series. Despite concerns for the fate of their favorite characters in Season 2, there remains a desire among fans to witness a satisfying defeat of certain individuals.
One of the most prominent characters is Omni-Man, the father of the main character Invincible/Mark Grayson. Omni-Man is a character inspired by Superman but turned to the dark side. In the first season, it is unveiled that Omni-Man, who is an alien, was actually sent to Earth to conquer it. Fans detest him for brutally attacking his own son. Thankfully, a superteam mentioned on Invincible's Twitter account gives hope that they can bring him down a notch.
Invincible’s official Twitter confirms the Powerpuff Girls would beat Omni-Man
Twitter user TetsuotheGoat queried their followers about the outcome of a hypothetical battle between Omni-Man and the Powerpuff Girls. Although this type of light-hearted fan debate often unfolds on Twitter, they probably didn't anticipate receiving an authoritative response.
Sure enough, the official Invincible Twitter responded by sharing an image portraying Omni-Man being unconditionally defeated by the Powerpuff Girls. As a playful twist on an Omni-Man quote, an accompanying parody caption states, "There's no denying their unstoppable force!"

The Invincible account is known for its witty and sarcastic humor. Despite being emotionally charged and extremely intense, Invincible is famous for not being overly serious.
Good news for Omni-Man is that he probably won't have to face Cartoon Network's most powerful superhero team anytime soon. However, he will be appearing in Mortal Kombat 1 as DLC and this announcement coincides with the celebration of Invincible's 20th anniversary at NYCC.
Omni-Man will presumably return in some form for Invincible Season 2, which lands on Prime Video on November 3. For more Invincible news, be sure to follow all of Dexerto’s coverage.
