Debuting in 2016, Stranger Things delved into the heartfelt quest of Jonathan Byers (Charlie Heaton) as he searched for his younger brother, Will Byers (Noah Schnapp), in the inaugural season. As the popular Netflix series neared its conclusion, the bond between the brothers strengthened, with Jonathan offering solace to Will after his poignant encounter with Mike (Finn Wolfhard).
In the 2016 pilot of Riverdale, the Blossom twins, Jason (played by Trevor Stines) and Cheryl (played by Madelaine Petsch), faced significant challenges when Jason went missing. Eventually, Cheryl learned that Jason had died before he could escape from the town.
As Riverdale approached its seventh and final season, the show transported its characters back to the 1950s and introduced Julian Blossom, portrayed by Nichola Barasch, as a new addition to the story. In May 2023, Barasch commended Petsch for her support in helping with their onscreen sibling relationship.
