Advantage against Frightened saving throws

Re-roll any roll of 1 on attacks, ability checks, and saving throws.

Among the two available choices for Halflings, the Lightfoot option is the preferable one as it grants proficiency in Stealth. Similar to the Drow, the Lightfoot Halfling also receives a Charisma bonus which is beneficial for interpersonal abilities outside of battle.

When using the character creation UI, be sure to take into account the advantage against Frightened checks. As Rogues are commonly engaged in close combat, being Frightened can result in fleeing and exposing oneself to opportunity attacks, thus potentially disrupting the entire encounter. Additionally, the ability to reroll 1s can greatly benefit a player throughout their gameplay experience, saving them from numerous failed checks.
