The Bando Gora, a hybrid of a cult and a crime syndicate, is notorious for its trafficking of death sticks. Rising to power after the invasion of Naboo, the group's rapid expansion posed a threat to Palpatine's sinister agenda, prompting him to engage Count Dooku in dealing with the syndicate.

With its clutches spread throughout the galaxy, the Bando Gora commands an army of assassins and wields considerable influence. However, the cult met its demise at the hands of Jango Fett, leading Count Dooku to recruit the bounty hunter in his search for the origins of the Clone army.
