Nouda Shrine Location in Tears of the Kingdom
In Tears of the Kingdom, the Nouda Shrine can be found in the Kopeeki Drifts area of Hebra at the coordinates -2318, 2201, 0173.
The shrine is situated in the depths of the Kopeeki Drifts Cave, nestled at the base of the drifts. To reach the entrance, players can journey south from the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower or west from the Snowfield Stable and Orochium Shrine. As they approach the specified coordinates (-2402, 2286, 0171), players will discover a substantial stone doorway at the foot of a hill.
Players may recognize this as the door from Breath of the Wild that required the skillful maneuver of rolling a colossal snowball into it for it to grant access. Remarkably, the door has persistently remained wide open ever since, enabling Link to effortlessly stroll inside.
In the Upheaval, the cavern has expanded deeper into the mountainside and houses a small, icy lake at its center with the Nouda Shrine on the opposite side.
Swimming in the freezing water, even with cold-resistant gear, will quickly and severely harm Link. However, players can attempt to swim across to the shrine if they have enough health to survive. Another option is to construct a vehicle that can either fly or float over the water. Unfortunately, there are no Zonai devices or buoyant objects available in the cave, so players must use whatever items are in their inventory to create a solution.
Alternatively, Link can traverse the water by utilizing a Frost Emitter or any weapon infused with ice. The frost will generate ice panels on the surface of the water, allowing Link to safely walk upon them.

Hidden Challenges in the Cavern
The Proving Grounds at the Nouda Shrine offers Link a test of combat skills at an intermediate level. Players are expected to utilize the game's mechanics in combination to defeat all the constructs inside. Various paths can be taken to complete the shrine, including directly confronting the constructs by ascending the central tower. However, players may find it more manageable to employ the following strategy to tackle the challenge.
Upon entering the arena, players will observe a construct positioned on a raised platform to their right, which will unleash a barrage of fiery arrows aimed at them. Subduing this construct will grant Link the opportunity to effortlessly collect the Fire Fruit situated on the platform, alongside the additional ones dropped by the construct.
Players can then affix the fiery fruit onto their arrows in order to set fire to the stack of leaves positioned at the foundation of the towering structure located in the center of the room, thus obliterating yet another construct in the course of action.
The newly defeated construct will drop Shock Fruit that can be used to charge the electric-powered rotor on the left side of the room:
