In Paleo Pines, one of the activities that falls under dinosaur care is locating Dreamstones. These Dreamstones are essential for every dinosaur in the charming farm sim game. As players advance in the game, they will need to unlock more areas on the map by acquiring additional dinosaurs. To avoid spending the in-game currency, players must search for Dreamstones to care for their dinosaurs.

To reach Ariacotta Canyon, players must engage in various steps that involve befriending and taming dinosaurs in Paleo Pines, along with participating in collectible activities. Despite the effort required, reaching Ariacotta Canyon is highly rewarding. This lush location provides access to valuable resources, the opportunity to continue discovering Dreamstones, and the chance to befriend even more dinosaur species.

How To Get To Ariacotta Canyon In Paleo Pines

There are three primary steps to reach Ariacotta Canyon in Paleo Pines. First, players must befriend a smasher dinosaur, such as Paleo Pines' Styracosaurus, to break through the barrier of boulders and access the desert perimeter. Second, players need to acquire a slasher dinosaur capable of cutting down the bushes that block the entrance to Ariacotta Canyon on the right.

Thirdly, players must address the obstructed pathway by repairing the fallen set of ancient columns known as the Ariacotta Archway or Ruined Gateway. Zara, the local historian who is trapped within, has requested the following items to accomplish this task:

- Acquire 20 wooden planks from Marlo through a custom order. Please be aware that Marlo may require up to five in-game days to fulfill an order of 25 planks.

Players can purchase 30 pieces of Rope from Orani's stall using fiber and shell currency. It is important for players to be aware that delivery of the rope will take one in-game day. Additionally, players have the option to acquire a spare shovel from Granny Agami in exchange for 10 potatoes.

All Dreamstone Locations In Ariacotta Canyon

Upon reaching Ariacotta Canyon, players will come across a map displaying the location of seven Dreamstones. These consist of five large Dreamstones and two small Dreamstones. Similar to the process of locating Dreamstones in the Dapplewood forest within Paleo Pines, players will require a stomper dinosaur and a smasher dinosaur to remove obstacles such as logs and rocks that obstruct access to certain Dreamstones.

In the game, players may come across Dreamstones that require them to defeat a slasher dinosaur in order to clear the blushes. Additionally, a secret cave entrance can be found to the southeast of the map, leading to a sizeable Dreamstone. In the desert area with dust devils, there is also a cleverly hidden large Dreamstone behind a bush, inside a large pot.
