Disney Dreamlight Valley showcases more than 25 beloved characters from Disney and Pixar, including familiar faces like Goofy and Mother Gothel. Among them is Kristoff, who, like other non-playable characters (NPCs), offers various quests for Dreamers. One of these quests is called "A Broken Sled."

Kristoff, the endearing character from the movie Frozen, manages a stall in the valley. Unlike Goofy's Stall, which can be improved by spending Star Coins, Kristoff's stall requires completion of the "A Broken Sled" quest in order for upgrades to be unlocked. Talk To Kristoff

Once players have reached friendship level 10 with Kristoff and have unlocked the Glade of Trust and Frosted Heights biomes, they will receive this quest. To start the quest, they should speak to Kristoff, who will explain that his sled has become stuck in ice in Frosted Heights. He will show the players his sled and request their assistance in freeing it. The players will then need to break the ice using their royal pickaxe to successfully release the sled.

After accomplishing this task, players should collect the sled and return to Kristoff to continue the quest. Upon seeing the poor condition of his sled, Kristoff will ask the players to repair it. He will also direct them to find the ‘Ice-cident: How to Fix Your Sled’ book, which can be located in his house. Players should visit Kristoff's house and retrieve the necessary book. The next step of the quest involves gathering the materials mentioned in the book.

Collect the Required Materials and Fix Kristoff's Sled

Players will need the following materials to repair Kristoff’s sled:

50x Fiber

30x Hardwood

10x Iron Ingot

9x Tinkering Parts

To create the first material, Fiber, players can use Seaweed. Each piece of seaweed produces five Fibers, so a total of 13 seaweed is required. Hardwood can be easily found in the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, and Frosted Heights. To craft 10 Iron Ingots, gather 50 Iron Ores and 10 Coal Ores. Additionally, six Iron Ingots are needed to create nine tinkering parts. Once all these ingredients are obtained, players can repair Kristoff's sled at a crafting station.

Return to Kristoff

Once the sled is fixed, return to Kristoff who suggests selling the processed materials at his stall. He requests players to gather samples of Fiber, Iron Ingots, Brick, and Glass. To craft a Brick, gather five Clay and one Coal Ore, and for Glass, combine five Sand and one Coal Ore. Once the player obtains all the required items, go back to Kristoff and present him with the samples to complete the quest.
