Ri'saad

Ahkari

Ma'dran, an NPC in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, is one of the unique Khajiit traders that players can encounter. Apart from being able to locate him in specific places, what sets these traders apart is the wide range of goods they offer, including weapons, potions, and spell scrolls.

Ri'saad

The Khajiit merchants function as pawnbrokers, granting them the ability to accept a wide array of merchandise and subsequently sell any item in return. Undoubtedly, these three Khajiit traders boast an impressive inventory of premium goods available for purchase within Skyrim. This includes an extensive assortment of magic weapons and armor that scale with the player's level, an abundance of soul gems, ingots composed of various materials (including precious ebony), and an extensive catalogue of invaluable potions and poisons. Regrettably, the only setback lies in locating these elusive traders.

The Ultimate Guide to Discovering Skyrim's Hidden Khajiit Traders

The initial encounter with Ri'saad, the first Khajiit trader, typically occurs near Whiterun and Markarth. Together with his fellow Khajiit, Ri'saad establishes a marketplace to the left of Whiterun's outer gate. The most convenient method to approach him is by fast traveling to the Whiterun Stables.

Ri'saad will spend two days outside of Whiterun before moving on to Markarth. Occasionally, players may come across Ri'saad's caravan on the main road that connects the two towns. Once they reach Markarth, the Khajiit will set up camp to the east for another two days before beginning their return journey. However, Ri'saad prefers to keep a distance from Markarth, so players will find his tent near Salvius Farm and by the river. Ri'saad is accompanied by his companions Atahbah, a potential fence, Khayla, who offers sneak training, and Ma'randru-jo.

Skyrim lacks an animation to dismantle the tents and yurt utilized by Ri'saad for shelter. As a result, if players want him to actually leave and proceed to his next destination, they must exit the area. However, this loophole can be exploited by players who choose to wait next to the tents for two days. By doing so, Ri'saad's inventory will reset without the need to track him down again. It's worth noting that this strategy also applies to Ahkari; unfortunately, it cannot be used on Ma'dran as he does not establish a camp.

Ahkari

While Ri'saad travels west and east, Ahkari travels north and south. Her main stops are Dawnstar in the north and Riften in the south.

Ahkari can easily be located in Dawnstar. Players can find her tent to the left upon fast-traveling to the town. Her campsite near Riften, however, requires a bit more effort to find. By traveling to the Riften Stables and heading directly away from Riften, players can quickly locate her. Her yurt is situated in the tree stand adjacent to the stables.

Accompanying Ahkari are Zaynabi, who serves as a potential fence, Dro'marash, a Speech trainer, and Kharjo, a potential follower and Blade member in search of his Moon Amulet.

Ma'dran

Ma'dran leads the most daring Khajiit caravan, taking a direct path between Solitude and Windhelm, the two main cities involved in the Civil War. Unlike other Khajiit traders, Ma'dran and his companions do not bother with setting up temporary shelters. Instead, they simply gather near each city's location. Nevertheless, Ma'dran spends two days in close proximity to each city before moving on to the next one.

To locate Ma'dran near Windhelm, head to the city's stables and follow the path along the eastern cliff, starting from the bridge. In Solitude, players can conveniently fast-travel to the city and exit through the main gate. Ma'dran can be found standing on a flat area just to the left of the outer gate.

Ma'dran is accompanied by two individuals, Ra'zhinda and Ma'jhad. Ma'jhad possesses advanced Lockpicking skills and also serves as a potential fence.

Players need to be aware that the Khajiit typically inhabit perilous territories beyond city limits and on the roads of Skyrim. Although most Khajiit possess a "protected" status, making them resistant to accidental death, they can still fall victim to hazards on the roads or dragon attacks. While the Khajiit traders do not offer essential items, players should exercise caution in order to benefit from their extensive selection of valuable goods.
