How to get more Pulse Cells in Lies of P

In Lies of P, like other Soulslike games, a key gameplay mechanic involves a limited healing flask called Pulse Cells. These can be replenished at checkpoints, allowing players to heal themselves. As you progress through the game, you will start with three Pulse Cells, but you can acquire additional ones in various ways. As you advance in the main story and interact with NPCs, you will receive a couple more Pulse Cells automatically. To obtain even more, you will need to upgrade your P-Organ phases.
