Fans were even confused by the mask, mistaking it for the real Kim. "It's not... She doesn't have a tattoo," Khloé clarified on her Instagram Story on Saturday, October 21. "I didn't think I would have to explain this, but I'm wearing a paper flat mask of Kim."

Khloé clarified the situation via Instagram Story, stating that Kim does not have a tattoo on her wrist and emphasizing that she was wearing a Kim mask made of paper. She expressed disbelief that anyone would truly believe the mask was Kim and addressed those who criticized her for posting the image by reminding them that it was just a mask and not an accurate representation of Kim's head size.
