The Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack brought new gameplay elements to The Sims 4, allowing gamers to utilize the pizza oven and waffle maker to create recipes. Along with the introduction of various dishes, players can now host their own food sales. To ensure a successful sale, it is crucial to know how to restock the food stand so that customers can continue purchasing tasty items. This guide will provide Sims 4 players with the necessary information on how to prepare the food before the sale and how to continuously restock it during the event.
How to Stock a Food Stand
To initiate a food sale in The Sims 4, players must first ensure that their Anywhere Any Fare Food Stand is properly stocked. Adequate preparation is essential for a successful outcome. Players should instruct their Sims to cook a selection of food items to be made available for sale.
To stock the food stand in preparation for a sale, players should click on the table and select the Open option, granting access to the stand's inventory. Players can then simply drag the desired food items onto the food stand's inventory, where they will automatically be made available for sale. However, it is important to note that if the table's capacity is exceeded due to an excess of dishes, certain items may not be able to be included.
How to Restock a Food Stand
Gamers have the option to restock a food stand as long as there is available space or if any purchased items have freed up space. Restocking can be done in two ways: by enabling or disabling the AutoStock feature.
By enabling the AutoStock feature, the food stand will automatically fill any empty spaces with the food from its inventory. This way, gamers don't have to worry about running out of food. Alternatively, players can choose to disable this feature and manually restock the food stand using the Stock Table option.
During the ongoing sale, players have the option to expand the food stand's inventory by adding additional items, gradually replenishing it. Moreover, on both sides of the stand, there are two small counters specifically designed for players to display their portable kitchen appliances. This enables them to maximize their potential by continuously selling an assortment of delectable food items.
The Sims 4 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S.
