Here's a detailed account of the events. Caution: spoilers ahead!

Behind Your Touch finale: Was Kim Seon-woo the killer?

Despite Jang-yeol's diligent efforts to gather evidence implicating Seon-woo as the killer, the final episodes of Behind Your Touch revealed him to be an unfortunate victim who had unknowingly stumbled upon the truth behind the murders.

As fans will recall, Seon-woo served as a misleading decoy, diverting suspicion away from Jang-yeol who was a prime suspect. Only Ye-bun maintained her belief in Seon-woo's innocence, strengthened further by her ability to track his whereabouts during the time of the killings. However, the puzzle remained unsolved. Neither Jang-yeol nor Ye-bun could comprehend how the killer tampered with their memories, preventing Ye-bun from gaining insight. Much to the disappointment of fans, Seon-woo fell prey to the killer in Episode 15 and tragically lost his life.

During his visit to the workshop, Ye-bun caught a glimpse of the floral patterned knife that the killer used, which was found in Seon-woo's toolbox. However, her anxiety intensified when she noticed that Park Jong-bae (Park Hyun-kwon) was following her, warning her not to wander alone. Jong-bae cunningly tricked Seon-woo into accompanying him to the bathroom, giving Ye-bun an opportunity to discover the knife.

Convinced that Seon-woo is the killer, she attempts to escape. Realizing that she has seen the knife, Seon-woo pursues her, not with the intention of harming her, but to protect her. Amidst the confusion among fans of Behind Your Touch, unsure whether Seon-woo was the killer all along, it is revealed to be a deception. Seon-woo chases after Ye-bun, grasping her hand tightly as they flee from the raincoat-clad murderer.

Behind Your Touch finale: The killer was under everyone’s noses

In an attempt to rescue her, he bravely battles the murderer and urges her to seek refuge. Sadly, amidst the altercation, Seon-woo is fatally stabbed. Upon comprehending the extent of Seon-woo's unwavering faith in her, Ye-bun procures a weapon to rescue him in turn. However, her heart shatters upon the realization that he has been ruthlessly murdered.

The identity of Mujin's heinous serial killer was finally exposed as Jong-bae, the local shaman who had deceived everyone with his fake tears and dramatic displays after each murder.

In a shocking revelation in Episode 15 of "Behind Your Touch," the truth about the killer's identity unfolds. Mourning the loss of Seon-woo, Ye-bun severs ties with Jong-bae due to his persistent obsession with the possibility of him being the killer. Fans are aware that Jeon Gwang-sik (played by Park No-shik) was murdered after uncovering the truth about the killer's periods of memory loss. While at the police station, Jong-bae gets into his colleague's car, which has tinted windows, and suddenly has a moment of realization.

He enters the town to search for Ye-bun, intending to expose the killer's deception. The killer has discovered that by wearing sunglasses, they can induce temporary memory loss while still maintaining their vision. This method even works in complete darkness, such as when the lights were turned off during the new mayor's murder. This discovery explains the presence of blood on the light switch.

However, Ye-bun no longer finds this information valuable, as it is too late to bring back Seon-woo. She has already purchased shoes for his funeral rituals and decides to meet with Jong-bae. As he turns towards her, his aviator sunglasses accidentally fall over his eyes. Realizing that he is the killer, Ye-bun delves into his memories and uncovers the truth. It turns out that Jong-bae also acquired powers during the meteor shower, but through a cow's gaze into his eyes. He possesses the ability to read anyone's memories by simply looking into their eyes.

Behind Your Touch: Was Jong-bae arrested in the finale?

After returning home, Seon-woo became aware that it was him when he got blood on his hand. Later on, he also uncovered the hidden knife within one of the pickle jars. Demonstrating his intellect, he deduced that Jong-bae's psychometric powers were derived from his eyes and intentionally avoided looking at him. Tragically, both Seon-woo and Ye-bun's grandfather became casualties in the end.

In the end, yes Jong-bae was arrested for his crimes, but getting in handcuffs in Behind Your Touch was a bit tricky.

Knowing that Ye-bun was aware of his identity as the killer in "Behind Your Touch," she chose not to confront Jang-yeol directly out of fear. However, her behavior of acting scared was actually a ploy to deceive Jong-bae. Recognizing his abilities, she pretended to still be angry with him. During a moment when Jong-bae was assisting her with moving boxes outside her clinic, she discreetly slipped him a piece of paper. Shortly after, the police arrived to apprehend Jong-bae for the murders. In truth, the paper given by Ye-bun revealed the passcode to Seon-woo's phone and identified Jong-bae as the killer.

Ye-bun deduced that the passcode was her birthday after realizing that Seon-woo spoke the code in Arabic, a language only she would understand upon witnessing Jong-bae's memories. The recording on his phone captured Jong-bae confessing to his crimes during a murder. While being interrogated, Jong-bae requested to see Jang-yeol and revealed that he had begun murdering people after his wife, as a form of amusement and to witness their final memories before death. Ye-bun and the others then discover that Ok-hui (Joo Min-kyung) has gone missing.

In the final episode of Behind Your Touch, Ye-bun and Jang-yeol are forced to comply with Jong-bae's demands in order to locate her. However, their plans go awry when they are ambushed by Baek Soon-gil and his men at a secluded location. Soon-gil arranges for Jong-bae to leave the country. Despite a confrontation with the thugs, Ye-bun manages to use information from Jong-bae's memories to track down Ok-hui.

However, Jong-bae becomes a fugitive and attempts to evade Ye-bun and Jang-yeol in a small fishing town. In order to disguise himself, he stabs innocent bystanders and takes one of their coats, holding Ye-bun hostage. Eventually, Ye-bun manages to escape and Jang-yeol apprehends Jong-bae. Adding a comedic twist, Ye-bun playfully pokes Jong-bae's eyes and playfully threatens to see him every week.

Behind Your Touch concludes with Ye-bun using her powers to rise to fame as a celebrity while Jang-yeol returns to Seoul. However, their paths cross once again when they embark on a final mission together. Ye-bun goes undercover in a prison to uncover the whereabouts of a dangerous gang. The climax of the K-drama depicts Jang-yeol rescuing her from the clutches of the gang, and the two escape together with the help of a prison guard.
