Zach revealed his desire to expand his family in an exclusive interview with We in October 2020. He expressed his intention to not be in his mid-40s and still having children. Tori shared her perspective, mentioning that she would support Zach if he could physically give birth. However, she also expressed a desire to cherish and enjoy their current family dynamics. In April 2022, the couple welcomed their third child, Josiah, after Tori experienced a previous pregnancy loss.

Tori Roloff and Zach Roloff have been enjoying their time with their children, Jackson and Josiah, as well as their daughter, Lilah, ever since they started their family in 2017.
