A recap of episode 3
The third episode of Season 3 kicks off with Fohl providing his sister Atla with the medicine and food he had brought. Naofumi and his companions can be seen traversing the same enclosure where demi-human slaves are held captive, in search of those from Lurolona village. It is during this time that Naofumi encounters Fohl, whom he recognizes from their encounter in the underground arena. Fohl's true power, belonging to one of the most formidable races in the world, is unveiled, along with the fact that he is burdened with the care of his ailing sister.
Naofumi utilized the Elixir of Yggdrasil to cure Atla's illness and promised Fohl that he would repay him for his assistance. Fohl and Atla were then purchased by Naofumi and brought back to Lurolona village. Later on, Atla fully recovered under Naofumi's medicinal care. In the meantime, Naofumi went to Lute Village and instructed Atla to practice walking during his absence.
However, Lurolona village was suddenly attacked by slavers. Following Naofumi's instructions, Fohl launched a signal flare, which unfortunately resulted in their capture along with Atla. Nonetheless, just as Fohl was on the brink of death, Naofumi and his team arrived and successfully rescued the village. To ensure justice, Naofumi sent the slavers to Zeltoble to be sold as slaves themselves. The episode concludes with Queen Melromarc announcing the discovery of Motoyasu, the Spear Hero.
