Revealing a glimpse into the game's scope, Sad Cat shared that Replaced will boast over 500 meticulously hand-drawn animations solely for the platforming aspect. With the evident dedication and effort poured into the project, Replaced has the potential to be a standout indie title in Microsoft's Game Pass catalog for 2024. Considering the crowded lineup for the remainder of 2023, with titles like Lies of P, Cocoon, Jusant by Don't Nod, as well as Starfield and Forza Motorsport from Xbox, shifting to 2024 may prove to be a strategic move for Replaced, giving it more space to shine and carve its own path.
